The weather here in California is beautiful (from what I’ve gathered via my Twitter friends, Oklahoma had a warm day too) so a flowy dress I’ve been dying to wear and a favorite pair of my mom’s sandals were on my radar. As it cooled down into the evening a pretty pastel blazer was just what I needed. I can’t wait to pair this blazer with all kinds of amazing colors this spring.
Let’s talk about neon. It seems to be flooding the stores lately and I think we’ll see a huge surge of neon orange and pink (paired together!) this spring and summer. It’s hard to imagine neon being anything more then a trend for those under the age of 20, but I think adding little pieces of it into your standard mix looks intriguing and not at all childish. Mixing it in with your jewelry is an easy way to incorporate it, especially onto a more neutral palette.
Best friend Dana forced me to be goofy. Almond branches aren’t that tasty. But burgers and fries from the PourHouse most certainly are. And they were.
